Simple yet delicious

This post will be about how we can actually prepare nice, delicious and simple food using simple ingredients.


First of all, you only need some carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions.

Before throwing all of it into the rice cooker, boil the water with red dates and ikan bilis. It's for the flavoring purpose. Don't have to use chicken cube..just use these for the natural taste. =)


boil it using rice cooker.

Boil it until you can smell the aroma. Then only throw in all the ingredients. 

Continue boiling like for around 2 hours? It's soup, so the longer you boil, the better it tastes. =)



The end product.


It  tastes so nice that I drank 3 bowls of it. O.o


Then, we also cooked 'tang shui'. Red bean.

The ingredients are red bean of course and biji sagu.

All these are prepared just by using a rice cooker and some simple ingredients. You don't know how useful it is the rice cooker until you use it beside for cooking rice. ;)
