Sleepless...zzZZZ

I think I'm suffering from insomia =(

I can't sleep...or should I say I hardly feel sleepy at night.

I slept for only 4-5 hours these few days...

I wanted to sleep, but I can't. T__T

You know if someone do not have enough sleep, all the wrinkles will come out and we'll looks older!!!

And I don't want!! :(

Hmm, anyone who can help me??

I need my beauty sleep...

u r out from ur biological sleeping time..try 1 or 2 days dont sleep at noon n sleep early when like 11 or 12..it will help u fix bak..if u got work then sleep early n wake up early..at least try to fix ur brain a time for at least 6 hrs of sleep..for example 11pm so if u sleep at 10 or 12 stil u can sleep if u go beyond like 1 or 2..then ur brain is fully awake as u run over the fix time..tats y u dotn feelin sleepy when u r tired..
